Your inquiry, your purpose
We collect the contact details and information you choose to provide to respond to your request. Real estate inquiries and Property Concierge projects are kept separate, with a private relationship record connecting inquiries submitted using the same email address. Submitting a new inquiry does not change earlier contact details or permissions.
Who can see your information
Relationship notes and contact records are available only to authorized curators. For Property Concierge, project information may be offered to selected professionals; your contact details are shared with the professional who accepts your request. Project photos remain private to curators. Real estate inquiries are not shared with concierge vendors.
Separate choices for email
Permission to respond to an inquiry is not permission to send promotions or Saratoga Secrets emails. Each email subscription is a separate, optional choice. You may unsubscribe using the link in an email. These forms do not enroll you in automated text messages.
Corrections, access & removal
To ask about your information, correct it, withdraw inquiry contact permission, or request removal, contact Dolce Far Niente Saratoga. We may need to verify your identity before releasing or changing private records. Please do not include financial account numbers, identity documents, or other sensitive information in your inquiry.
